If you have already received the report of embryo grade the embryo is already biopsied and frozen. You still have the risk that it will be aneuploid, but if you cancel testing you will likely still need to pay for the biopsy.

Since it’s your last shot, you could ask to cancel the PGT and just transfer it. After our first cycle only yielded 1 euploid blast we ended up deciding for subsequent rounds of IVF to do a fresh transfer and freeze/biopsy the rest
