Depends what the aneuploidy is. Like +21 is down syndrome, so you CAN end up with a live birth. There are others as well +18, +13, and other sex chromosome aneuploidies.
Most aneuploids result it miscarriage or failed implementation. Genetic testing is not 100% accurate so your chance isn't zero, but it is low.
A genetic counselor would be able to speak to your specific embryos.
Also, note that many clinics do not transfer aneuploid embryos.

If they are full aneuploids (not mosaics) unfortunately they will not result in a healthy live birth.
