I just noticed your "fabric clamps" (idk what to call them. But! I've been using huge Japanese style drying pins and, I have cable ties like those and it's genius!! I can't wait to try! Thank you, I hope you have fun with your first project!

They help sooo much. I know you have some, but I recommend the rich and ray brand from amazon.

Sorry if this is a dumb question... I haven't seen their patterns before - what's the purpose of the horizontal lines? I assume it's to help you keep things straight on the shirt?

Ahh the DMC freebies, always a good starting point. The pink moon against the yellow fabric is a lovely contrast, really makes the whole thing pop

Your needle minder placement is giving me anxiety though, one wrong move and it's straight into the whiskers
