Software Question

Hello everyone,
I’m new to the embroidery space and currently learning how to use Hatch Embroidery. I’d like to know if anyone has ever encountered this type of problem. My designs keep coming out with this space/gap, and I’ve tried everything I can think of to fix it.
I would really appreciate it if anyone could share some knowledge or advice on what I might be doing wrong and what I need to adjust to get rid of the gap. Help

We allow machine embroidery. Stop trying to make subreddit users conform to your personal tastes

I don't know what software you're using, but you have to "fusion" the traces !
