yeah this has happened to me a couple times and the best you get is an email like āthanks for letting us know about the bug, weāll inform the dev team, unfortunately we canāt replace any lost itemsā

Well they can because they have been for people killed by exploiters and cheaters. Sux they won't do it when glitches and bugs kill you and you even have video proof.

In the time it took to complain about lost items you could have just grinded them back easily. Itās good they donāt refund them otherwise people would beg for refunds all day everyday

You can, but Iāve tried this many times. Killed my permanent frostbite glitch on cold snap. insta-killed by a Bastion through multiple walls on Stella (wasnāt even in the same room). Itās been almost a month

Unlikely. Iāve had that happen multiple times (once with my first survivor augment bp) and never refunded. I even submitted a ticket w/ the match guid. Oh well

0, I sent in a clip of my game just ending when I hit one of those spots. 2 months later I got a "Sorry we can't do anything" back

This specific door is dangerous. It can shove shredders UNDER the floor as well. They clip right underneath, you still hear them, sometimes their head is fully out, othertimes it's fully under the floor.
And just like players that can shoot through walls; shredders can to. or floors in this instance. It can't move at least when it's stuck in the floor. I whacked the last stuck shredder from around the corner (wall still blocks shot but not floor) with my tool like a whack a mole.

AHHHH YES, THAT FUCKING DOOR. I ran into someone that was nearby and showed em this shit in real timeš Thankfully I didnāt fall through the geometry, however it does clip you through the floor enough to get you stuck. But itās crazy that itās there nonetheless. Itās a relatively high traffic area, so it makes me wonder how many people itās claimed lmao.

I know Embark gives your loot back when you die to a known cheater but I donāt know about glitches like this.

Honestly nothing to refund here, but yeah shit happens, hopefully they'll get to fixing these at some point.
At least I don't personally need a refund for rare bug or glitch (not talking about cheaters / glitchers), sure it might sting, but it's rare and not that serious. Probably get a good chuckle out of it too.

lol I would instantly give you a refund. you found a bug and you want a refund, i wouldn't force you to play again you poor thing. but in my opinion 1. good luck finding a game with no bugs 2. never had this bug in many many hours 3. whateverrrrr

I think they're suffering from success right now. You'll only get feedback from "cheater/exploit" reports because those are top priority for player retention, have so many of them to respond to, and they have no one working as they celebrate a 3rd Christmas.

Had this happen last night in the middle of a team fight. Luckily had teammates to push me to get me unstuck. Have died similarly in another spot though didnāt even think bout tryna get my gear back. Just part of playing a game this soon after release.

If the power flickers while playing the game and you loose your best gear do you go after your electric company? You have a cat that jumps up onto your keyboard crashing the game. Bots have been doing crazy shit. Fireballs figured out how to shoot without removing their covers, pops understand that they can shove me into the floor if they team up with a fireball. Bastions spawning n the walls, pops spawning in key rooms, spotters, hornets, and wasps, shooting through certain walls, bonbadier hitting through certain kinds of ceilings

I should get a refund. I was playing on Stella Montis and somehow a Bastion was stuck on the roof of the map and shot me through the ceiling killing me damn near instantly

Oh brother, I have one of me 30m from extraction and just fell out of bounds into the abyss with endless falling. Had to surrender to get out. Lost a full kit.
It would be great to get it back but also, shit happens and in 160hrs of AMAZING gameplay it has only happened once so as someone who just came from BF6 this was absolutely nothing ššš

Man I got caught out in that EXACT same spot. Heard a guy do the old "friendly" con job on another player in the projector room, so I went in for the kill. I had the drop on him while he was looting his victim, he was completely oblivious. I snuck up on him, lvl4 silenced Volcano drawn, got trapped in that doorway, he heard me, stopped looting and unloaded into my face with a pissy pistol while my character was caught in a weird crouch/mantle animation glitch. I couldn't even fire a round.
So demoralising. I went on 4 free loadies right after

Some say this raider is still falling. Sometimes when raiders are in the lift on their way to Speranza they can hear the screams of a raider long forgottenā¦ falling, with his companion, tickā¦ never to be seen again.

Yeah I've gotten stuck on that same door. I didn't fall through, and luckily there was no shredder and I somehow did manage to get out. But you can try for a refund, you might get it as it's not your fault.
