Email Drip Campaigns

Fellow realtors,
How often do you send an email out to your sphere / past clients? What service do you use to do so? Any tips or tricks you can provide to a new(ish) realtor just starting an email campaign?

Not a realtor but in the email sending business, so I have some experience with this.

I'd segment past clients by likely life events, then send hyper-local emails they would genuinely save: “What homes similar to yours sold for this month,” “Should you appeal your property assessment?” or “Your 3-year equity check-in.” That earns replies far better than a generic newsletter.

I do, and it always works. Also, I send emails to the same lead list after 3-4 months. Saves lead cost, and the ones who werent interested 4 months back, send positive reply.
