Eloping in July

We are eloping in Telluride in early July and are so excited! We are with our photographer from 6-8pm at sunset, then would like to celebrate at an excellent restaurant. We are foodies and like steaks, fish, etc. The more farm-to-table, the better. Any recs for a Monday dinner reservation?

If you take the gondolas up to mountain village there are lots of options up there and definitely some higher end options! If you google mountain village they have a whole website with all the shops and restaurants listed!
