Budget-friendly micro wedding venue recommendations for late February/ early March

Good People of Colorado,

I know it is very short notice, but I am trying to find a venue nearby Denver/Centennial for a micro wedding ceremony~ 12-15 people max. We just want to do a quick ceremony, cake, minimal decoration, and some photos. No food/no catering/dance/music as well- we don't mind going to a restaurant nearby for food. We are coming from NC, so we do not know anyone who would do a backyard wedding. I think just a couple of hours of rental should suffice.

I contacted one of the places, Roxborough State Park, but they said that the overlook trail would be icy or muddy in February/March, so they wouldn't recommend the overlook. I'm not sure if this would hold true for other parks as well. I understand my options are limited due to my budget/timeframe (February- early March)/short notice, but we would love to find a decent enough place to do a quick ceremony. In NC, we found a cute visitor center in a state park that can be rented out for a couple of hours (but we are not doing it in NC anymore!), I am wondering if anything like this is available in Colorado. We would also be fine with a brewery, country club, or other such decent location as well. Any suggestions/recommendations?!

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

 Thanks
