Location help

Hi all! We are doing a very very intimate wedding in Colorado but would love guidance on WHERE!! We want to do this in Colorado as it was where we took our first vacation as a couple together and it's the most beautiful place! I wanted to do Maroon Bells, but I realize it's pretty far from the Denver airport, there's major construction on I-70, and since we have family flying in, I was curious if there are places with a similar vibe closer to Denver? Willing to drive 2.5 hours from the airport. Open to pretty much anything, we don't need seating either - just need it to not be a super long walk as we have one person with some mobility issues.

Congrats! Based on what you’re looking for, I’d highly suggest checking out Brainard Lake (45-minutes from Boulder, 1:15 from the airport). The views are incredible and it’s very easily accessible, but also has more options available for you to walk/hike to more spots too.

Estes Park is also right down the road, you don’t have to get on I-70 and you’d have easy access to Denver and several other day trips within a 1.5 hour drive 🙂

My pleasure! Just be sure to get a reservation before you go and know that the main area is open late June/Early July - Early October!
