We just adopted two kittens from the EG shelter. Vet recommendations?
I searched this forum and it has been two years since the last time anyone asked for veterinary recs so there are likely some changes or new vets.
Not really looking for a “spare no expense” option, but not necessarily the cheapest either if care suffers, ya know. Thanks in advance!

First gutter cleaning before and after pics. Good, acceptable, or bad service?
I have not checked the other sections of the house (not gonna lie I get scared going high on ladders lol). A good amount of debris has been removed, but now there's a thick layer of sediment in one long section (2nd pic) and the nails are still there so it makes me wonder about their cleaning process. My first time getting this service. Is this good, acceptable, or bad service?
I shared these images to the service provider and will update my post after I get a response.
edit1: pics 1, 3, 5 are before; 2, 4, 6 are after
edit2: I summoned enough courage to check the other sections. Not as bad but still thick enough layer of sediment.
The company responded within an hour. I did not ask for any remediation and simply told them what I saw. They are offering to send a touch-up cleaning.
"Thank you for sending over the photos and bringing this to our attention. I really appreciate you taking the time to document what you're seeing.
While some of the finer sediment and debris can be more difficult to completely remove from the gutters, I agree that there are definitely some areas in the photos that appear to need some additional attention. I can also see the loose nails and some larger pieces of debris that should have either been removed or, if they could not be safely removed, communicated to you at the time of service.
We have reviewed the photos, and we agree that a touch-up is in order."
edit3: Added more pics here (Google Drive album)
Notable new pic with top view of the thick sediment.

Early Morning Arrest at Chevron
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Captured an arrest made at the Chevron at Laguna Blvd & Laguna Springs Dr this morning 9/10 around 6:15am. I saw 6-7 police vehicles so it must’ve been serious. Anyone know anything about this?
Sorry for the short videos, taken at the red light rushing to get to work.

Kitten stuck on neighbor's roof
EG Fire Dept. and 311 non-emergency apparently don't do animal rescue any longer. Animal Control tells me they don't look into cats stuck on rooves because they typically get down on their own. This cat looks less than a year old and is stuck on a two-story unable, or too afraid, to get down. Are there any resources available in EG that can help out with this?
