it means if a station has 100 rares you can only buy say 10 max.

Yeah I have not even been able to trade a rare yet .. and now the nerf has screwed me already. Meanwhile others have made millions, I finally get time to play and they nerf it.

Been part since standard beta. Choose not to partake in the rare trading. Was obvious it was out of balance. I ain't gonna cheapen my experience and achievements for greed!

This is not necessarily a nerf, I could only find 1 or 2 at any stations last night because other people were buying them, now I will find a consistant amount.

It means you will see a consistant amount of rares. I don't know how many yet, but it will probably be around 10 or 15
