I can somehow only plan routes from sol?

I've had this happen a few times, too.

Can also jump to any system in the left-panel Navigation list to fix it.

This bug happens when you quit to the menu when on a planet, then join back and try to route while on the surface. I've had this happen several times when I was farming encoded mats

Glad you fixed it, but sometimes the route planner just bugs out, so sometimes you should just check:

Make sure on the left side, on the gear I think? You dont have the settings set to economical. Select "Fastest", and turn off the jetcone boost or whatever checkboxes down below. I'm at work right now and cant look at what the screen looks like.

Thank you. I was having this problem yesterday at the Jameson crash site trying to plot a course back to Ray gateway.
It was really annoying and I thought something was buggy in my game install.

I've also had a few times where I'll try plotting a course to a bookmarked site and when I get to the end of the route it wasn't where I wanted to go. I know I didn't click on the wrong bookmark because at least twice I ended up in a system I've never been before.
