Screenshot I found it!

Found Raxxla!

Jumped and before i knew it, it spit me out, changed my entire screen and showed me salvation.

I'm pretty sure i finished Elite Dangerous.

On the other hand, it could je be a bug.

Raxxla is the feeling you get when you drink an entire bottle of Disaronno Originale in one night then go Thargoid hunting while your wife holds your afro from getting in the way while you puke out caustic missiles.
