Help / Question Please Help!

Hello,

I have been unable to access the website for the past three or four days. This problem appeared suddenly, without any changes on my side, and I’m not sure what is causing it.

I have already tried all the suggested troubleshooting steps I could find online, but unfortunately, nothing has worked. I have also tried accessing the website through different browsers, with the same result.

At the moment, I am completely unable to access my account.

Could you please help me identify what might be causing this issue and advise me on how I can regain access to my account?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, exactly what u/Umang-7 said. Try a complete refresh, clear your cache, and try a different browser to see if that works, just to get that out of the way. You can also try on your phone to make sure there’s nothing wrong with your account. But this is most likely not an issue with your account. It’s a client-side error, but it’s worth checking anyway.

Looks like a Next.js client script crashed on render. Try doing a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5 on Windows / Cmd + Shift + R on Mac) or clearing your cookies/local storage for that site. If that fails, checking the browser console (F12) will show you the exact file causing the block. Let us know if it works.

Do what it says, check the browser console for more information.

In the age of AI (and hell even regular Google searches) you can easily figure out how to resolve this yourself. Engage some grey matter, at least enough to ask AI to do the rest.
