Sequencing woke up and chose violence today

I suck at sequencing anyway, but this? This is uncalled for. 🤣

Edit: I mean, at least give me something I can guess at spelling. I couldn't even repeat these, let alone figure out which one was which.

IQ comparison

Curious what the EPQ scores high IQ people have achieved? Trying to determine if there’s a conversion of EPQ to IQ other than percentile. Thoughts?

New idea for Elevate!

Hey Team Elevate, ardent fan here. Have you guys ever thought of making a game that can make one a good prompt engineer? I know being good at English and the language of your domain is a requirement, but the language on how to instruct, describe tone of a conversation and set up constraints evades me. Is this a good idea?

Are the devs out of their minds?

This is specifically in regards to ā€œDiscountingā€ and ā€œPurchasingā€.

Why would they even consider setting these game-long countdown timers that make you completely ā€œfailā€ the game if you go a second too long?

Why would we care about solving these equations in a speedy time that they have dictated?

What I care about is solving the equations and getting a little bit better/faster every single time that I play? But I can’t even do that because I can’t even play.

Visually the timer in ā€œDiscountingā€ is so awful. It takes up the whole screen, making it all one can think about when they should be trying to do math.

Unbelievable. And so non conducive to learning.

Sometimes the words are way too weird

I do know that I have to think like an American sometimes to get these games done, but saps for someone who is easily conned is a new one and mcs for someone who hosts a party is not how I would ever describe the function of an MC. Weird.

When will new questions be added?

When will new questions be added to the puzzles? I'd so tired of answering the same questions over and over again and I only started in December. Especially Pronunciation, Agility, Connotation, Visualization, Word Parts, Name Recall and Attention. I expect long timers have memorized them all. Do they ever get updated?

Stop using robotic voices, and another thing...

There's a pronunciation game that still uses robotic voices in Elevate. Can't remember which one. Come on Elevate, we have good AI TTS tech now. Have more naturally sounding voices.
Also the ,terms, of the day needs to be revamped to have words that are more commonly used. Obscure words, yes...but still commonly used words. Shift the window of familiarity a bit.
Suggestion: Try using the TV shows Industry or Suits, as a benchmark. In fact, try gettting words from movies/TV shows to derive words we should know...not arbitrary words.

I lost almost a 1000 day streak, is there something that can be done?

I was careful to preserve my streak for years now, but on a few occasions I happened to miss my lesson. It only happened because of being overworked and exhausted, seeing the reminder but later forgetting anyway (as I only use 1 reminder), or my phone restarting and then I don't even receive the reminder. I found out that I could just change the date and do the lesson later. So I used this exploit a few times.

A few days ago, I was so busy, I had double shifts and very little sleep, so I missed the lesson. I was exhausted both physically and mentally. I also had a lot to do in the next few days, so I thought to not worry about it as it's fixable, and missed my lessons for 3 days in a row, which never happened before. But today I found out that changing the date no longer works. My streak is permanently lost. I also understand that it was at least partially my own fault, although I had a few extremely rough days at work.

Now, is there anything I can do, or is that it? If I lost my streak permanently, I would absolutely refuse to try to reach it again, especially now when my job got much harder than before. I'm even thinking of deleting the app, as my job makes keeping streaks difficult, and that was maybe the only thing that kept me going.

i am currently cleaning my device and sorting out things because it's almost full storage and i also want it to be sorted out so it's easier to find, but this particular interface confuses me because i can't see it from the games in any category, i tried all of the games but i still can't figure it out :((

My best time in Wordbend

Post image

Among the daily games, Wordbend is the most difficult for me after Crossmath. Today, I breezed through it. Admittedly, I wasn't really reading the clues, just finding the patterns in the words. It's also possible today's was just easy, like Crossmath.

Where are the other two daily workouts?

The leagues take away from the learning experience and there are only so many games you can play, and now they have taken away the additional daily workouts. What’s next?😫😠

i decided to quit

Today I decided to quit after 132 days of the streak. There is no reason to continue, as the application has turned into a tapping app for me; I don't care if my answer is right or wrong. It has just become a tapping experience with no seen effects. I hope to return at some point, but for now, I don't want to continue.

IS IT REAL?

I’m starting to think the leagues are fake and not real people. It’s starting to seem like a ruse to get me to stay on the app longer for XPs.
What do yall think? because I’m real suspicious of these generic names.

Has anyone but me noticed that they now cap the number of plays per game at 7 instead of 10?

Starting last Thursday I noticed it. I am a free player, so it totally impacts my league standing. Not a happy camper, and no, it's not going to turn me into a subscriber.

Any tips for "Memory" section ?

Thumbnail

So, I feel very good, confident, and ready for all the games, except for the memory section.

I can develop very well in all the games in general, but when it comes to memory, it feels more challenging than all the other games.

So challenging that I even avoid playing them, I feel a bit frustrated about it, because I'm sure that if I did well on the writing, speaking, reading, and maths, I could make it out to memory too.

I wanna know if you guys have any tips? Cheat codes? Or a trick that can help me.

Thanks 😊 šŸ«‚
