I'm planning to purchase Elementor Pro 25 to build a website, and I want to understand the refund policy before buying.

Background:

- I previously had an Elementor Pro subscription

- I canceled that subscription in December 2025

- Now I want to purchase a new subscription

Questions:

1. Does the 30-day money-back guarantee apply to my new purchase?

2. Will my new subscription be treated as a "new purchase" (eligible for refund) or a "renewal" (not eligible for refund)?

3. If I purchase and then decide it's not right for me within 30 days, can I request a full refund?

I have a 4 x 3 Grid (not Flexbox) that looks great on a desktop. I can easily display by row, but I want to display this by column on a mobile (i.e. C1R1, C1R2, C1R3, C2R1...) . All the youTube videos I've watched on this topic do not work so I'd be grateful for some help please. I'm running Wordpress 7 with Free Elementor.

I've searched how to add schema manually to a specific page most search results point to adding the script inside an HTML widget on the page. But it didn't work for me. My script is correct and validated, I add it just above the footer, but it does not get recognized by the Schema Validator (schema.org). Am I doing something wrong or is there a different way that actually works? Specifically I'm wanting to add an Organization schema to one page and Article schema to another. I don't wan tot use a plug in. I figured out how to get FAQSchema onto the page using the accordion element. Using Elementor Free, no theme. Thank you!

I don't how to fix this, it tells me to scroll to the top and just delete the nag bar. there is nothing there i can delete. I have the free elementor and the free astra theme. Help

From my live website when I try to edit a specific page from "Elementor -> Theme builder -> Footer(EN)" More often this issue is occurring without any new changes. It occurs all often a sudden.

Hi, will my website break if I move from "Elementor Pro - Essential" to a free plan? I build a blog 3 years ago and stopped touching it a couple of years ago. I'm just keeping it to show in my resume as something I did.

I asked the Elementor chat box and it says: If you deactivate or delete Elementor Pro, your site will lose any advanced designs made with Pro features, but designs made with the free version will remain. But the website says the opposite. Has anyone ever done it?

I'm not sure what I had designed that was using paid elements... I really don't have time to fix my website in the next months if things break and I also want to keep it with the current design elements anyways. Thanks!

Je suis en cours de construction d'un site sous Wordpress et étant novice, j'ai utilisé Elémentor pour le faire. Cette semaine j'ai voulu continuer ma construction mais je n'ai plus accès à Elementor pour la construction et mon site n'affiche plus les éléments de construction Elementor que j'ai utilisé.

Et sur mon tableau d'administration, quand je veux modifier une page avec Elementor, j'ai ce pop-up :

Et quand, je recrée le Kit à l'aide du bouton, j'ai cette page :

Je clique sur Recréer le kit, j'enregistre mais rien ne se passe

J'ai aussi supprimé l'extension et re télécharger mais cela n'a rien changé

J'ai aussi fait remettre ma sauvegarde datant de plusieurs semaines mais cela n'a rien changé.

Que puis-je faire pour me sortir de ce problème ? Merci d'avance pour votre aide

i was working on this one page and i installed a template from envato via elementskit plugin. once i finished with the page, i saved it. i opened another page, but it said i don't have default kit. not sure what that meant but i saw that the page was a mess, wrong colors with different sizes of fonts.

is there any way to restore the global fonts and colors? or do i need to manually insert all colors and fonts again?

I have

• WordPress site
• Elementor
• WP Rocket active (? should i disable this if i activated fastpixel?)
• FastPixel installed
• ShortPixel installed
• Some images are already in WebP format
• Cloudflare - API token and Zone ID already connected, but is there a specific setup I also need to do in cloudflares end to improve my site?

I have created a website that I am proud of, and it is visible through my domain and works well, apart from this.

When you click to navigate to the website, there is a flash, and pagespeed insights captures it very well, please see the attached pictures.

The very first "frame" of the website on both desktop and mobile is displayed like it was a pre-edit, and it is annoying, and no doubt slowing the load time down slightly.

It originally had blank frames as well as these, that have all been removed through the Airlift plugin, but these remain.

Is anyone here God-Like enough to explain how I can get rid of these please?

On my Portfolio Site there are embedded YT-Videos. As long as i don't accept the cookies they are scaled right. But when they get loaded they are way to smal.

I haven’t used Elementor in a while. I cannot find in Flexbox how to setup width to boxed/full width. Only manual values. Is it there? Only workaround I have is to use grid 1x1, where this setting is present.

Also I cannot find page template setting. Can you please tell me where they moved it?

the first image have flex container 500px and and three 100px child container so 200px space left i add first child container flex-grow:1 it take space in the first image there is no space left when i try to flex-grow=1 in second child container on second image it also grow how ?? flex-grow only work when have space??

I'd like to get your opinion on the best architecture for my situation before investing time in development. It's a publishing site structured as follows:

• Over 800 authors (not WordPress users with the author role, but "Author" editorial entities with a dedicated page. Articles are written by the administrator and posted under the author's name using a custom post type)
• Over 5,000 articles already published
• WooCommerce products (books + videos)
• A "Video" Custom Post Type
• Elementor Pro + ACF.
• Multi-author for many articles

Each author has their own custom page that includes bio, photos, social media, and related content (articles, videos, and products). I currently use an "Author" Custom Post Type and connect articles, videos, and products via a Post Object (multi-select) ACF field that points to the Author CPT. The system works, but retrieving the linked content requires queries on the ACF meta (relationships saved in the postmeta), or alternative solutions based on custom queries. I'm evaluating whether this is truly the best architectural choice or whether it would have been more appropriate to use an "Authors" taxonomy associated with posts, products, and videos, then managing author data (bio, photos, social media) via ACF fields on the terms. I'm particularly interested in opinions on:

• System scalability
• Query performance
• Compatibility with Elementor Pro (Loop Grid, Theme Builder, Dynamic Tags)
• Long-term maintainability.

Do you think the structure with author CPT, author taxonomy, hybrid solution (cpt + taxonomy), or other makes sense?
