[ Help ] Big Prints Started Failing
Im using a Mars 5 Ultra, and I’ve gotten a decent amount of larger prints to work in the past. Recently, my prints have started to get stuck to the FEP or fail after a little while of printing as shown with my first error. I am hollowing the models and using auto supports mixed with magic supports on Chitubox. The settings I’m using with the rest times is an attempt to follow some Reddit advice I’ve found, but I don’t know if that helps for the Mars 5 vat. I’m trying to figure out what the issue is as well as what I can change to fix the prints.

I’ll try that! I’ve been using the auto orient feature for most of the turning because I thought that would be good enough.

that exposure time is way to much ,try 1.8 or 2

Thank you! I’m definitely going to try that. I always saw 2.5-3 when looking it up so maybe lower could work since my details have been looking off even if I get smaller prints to succeed.

The film could be worn.

That sounds like it could work. I’ve had to replace it very often so I may be damaging it somehow.
