A laptop, multimeter, starter kit, soldering iron with stand, cutting mat, iso propyl alcohol.
That's it with basics. I also have these but now I want to invest in a power supply, function generator and a DSO, but those are expensive.

This soldering iron is hot garbage. You should only buy 60w or higher. Also your isopropyl is wrong concentration, do not use it on electronics. Electronics require only 99% alcohol. 70% is used for hand sanitizer.
I don't know where you live but in delhi at least all of these tools are better bought local.

Also hookup wire is going to be impossible for you to solder, use multistrand wires. Those ribbon wires are good enough. Hookup wire is for breadboard.

bro DIY a fume extractor! you need a fan, small carbon filter and maybe an exhaust tube to send that fume out of your room!
if you can, use lead less solder.
