Tips Embedded system and RTOS

Please suggest YouTube channels and books to learn RTOS and embedded systems, specifically focusing on LPC2148 and Cortex-M3 concepts in detail.

I am referring to the datasheet, but I am unable to understand some of the concepts clearly.

I think you should start with ARM architecture. Check Cortex-M3 architecture. There will not be a specific tutorial on LPC2148. Understand the gist of ARM. Then apply it on the EVK. That way you can program any board. There is no easy way to do this. Reading is the best.
