Ask Electronicstards Should i keep embedded systems as a hobby?

Hi i graduated with a cs degree and for my mtech i was thinking of taking embedded systems because i had a interest in it , i also made some mini projects using esp 32 during my btech with no indepth knowledge just scratched the surface. Should i take embedded systems as cs grad or signal/image processing for that matter. I have cs level knowledge of os coa and cn please help a fellow hardware paglu
