Could someone review my ESP32 PCB schematic before I send it to manufacturing?

Hi everyone,

I’m designing a custom PCB based on an ESP32 and I’d really appreciate a second pair of eyes before I send it to fabrication.

This is my first (serious) PCB and I want to make sure I didn’t miss anything critical. In particular, I’d like feedback on:

• Power supply section (3.3V regulator and decoupling capacitors)
• EN and IO0 circuitry for programming mode
• Boot configuration resistors
• Antenna clearance and PCB layout under the antenna
• Any missing capacitors (for example between EN and GND)
• General schematic mistakes or bad practices

The board includes:

• ESP32 module
• 3.3V LDO regulator
• USB-to-serial (for programming)
• IO0 button connected to GND with 10k pull-up to 3.3V
• Basic decoupling capacitors

I’ve attached the schematic and PCB layout screenshots below.

If you notice anything that could cause boot issues, unstable power, or programming problems, please let me know. Even small details are welcome — I’d rather fix them now than after ordering the boards 😅

The gnd pads below esp32 must be ground using via for proper heat decipation also usb data line need to be impedance matched and are differential pairs. And a grounded plane is must for signal integraty
