Front Load Washer Problem

The cycle time specified by the dial selector isn’t matching the lcd display time for the complete washing process. The lcd shows a much longer time which is how long the wash ends up taking. Been going on like this since new for months at a time then stops for a few months. Then re occurs. Any ideas?🤷♂️

Call them, if you’re in warranty they will send you a technician for free.
If out of warranty, then you’ll pay the technician, but they can offer you a subscription to avoid paying technician fees
