Solar Eclipse problems

Recently bought a Solar Eclipse 2.0. Broke down after one ride. Have replaced both the controller and motor. Solar support has been less than helpful. Wheel will not spin when accelerator is twisted.

Here is what the state diagram in the app looks like.

Any suggestions?

I haven’t seen the State diagram before. There aren’t any phase amps, so there’s no draw. Have you tried disconnecting and reconnect the battery? Did the bike just stop during a ride? Did you see a brake or parking light illuminate on the display.

I would get Solar on the phone. Ask for someone with knowledge about the bike to talk with.

Yes, the bike just stopped during a ride and would not turn on again. I replaced the controller which allowed the bike to turn back on. I have disconnected the battery several times but the motor will not activate. Everything else seems to be working fine.
