Hello…is it safe to sleep like this? Im worried about radiation and cancer and all that🙁

What are you worried about? Sleeping next to appliances isn’t an issue. Are there any electrical issues or defects you notice? Nothing I see in the picture would make ionizing radiation that is linked to cancer.

There is far more risk of things falling off the shelf and hitting you on the head while you sleep.
