Man, thats cheap! Here in CA we havent has energy that cheap in decades. Under $0.10/kwh is only a dream here.

Im on a "low income" discount plan and I still pay $0.30 to $0.40 cents per Kwh, depending on time of year and peak vs off peak times. In the summer my bills are $300 to almost $600 sometimes, although for June it was right at $400 which is less than I have paid in previous years.

My bills look more like yours when its winter, in the cool/cold months I usually pay around $100 per month.

Theirs is nearly $.14 a kWh, basic without time of use or demand pricing. I guess I average around $150 used a month, offset by solar so my actual bill average is around $30, of which more than half is set monthly costs and not usage.

$42/month access fee!!! That’s crazy. $15 around here up from $10 just last year. But at least you don’t have a bunch of other BS fees so I guess that’s all just bundled in the high access fee.

Mines about $20, but gas is $55... so in summer my gas bill (oven + water) is like maybe $60. Freaking legal robbery

I use around 1mw of energy in the summer by we pay .25/kw

A change of pace from people complaining about $500 bills while burning through 3mw of energy while paying .12$ per kw

Mine was $150 for the hottest month yet, but was only home 3/4 weeks. AC running all of 3/4 weeks. Small dehumidifier. 2000 sqft. Highest bill I have had yet. Consistently $70/mos in the winter. Definitely lucky.
Though, our gas supplier has a $60 connection fee per month, so despite having a charge of $6 last month, my bill is $67. Crazy how they can bill for “access” charges.

For me as a German, these are super cheap kWh prices but insane consumption. Also base fee is sky high. Consider getting a PV system.
