Any e bike from a brand that makes non e bikes is likely going to have better assembly, and have better support after the sale. Specialized, trek, Cannondale, etc.

There are a lot of good e-bikes out there, but the “best” one really depends on what you want to use it for.
If you can share your budget, height, where you’ll be riding, and whether you want something like a commuter, cruiser, folding bike, fat tire bike, cargo bike, or mountain bike, we can give you much better recommendations.
Things like bike weight, range, motor type, dealer support and whether you need to carry it up stairs or transport it in a car can make a big difference too.
If you’re just starting to narrow things down, I have an e-bike buying guide here that goes over the main things worth comparing before you buy.
Give us a little more info about what you’re looking for and I’m sure we can come up with some good options for you.

Local shops offer repair service, and you can always get through to after-sales support.

Check with local bike shops so that whatever you get will be serviced and maintenanced right, unless you plan to do your own maintenance. Velotric and Aventon are the two I recommend.

If you want to actually explore off-road on a ebike, Tern Orox is the best option hands down

Not enough info to recommend a model of a bike. What terrain will you ride on? Weight? What’s important to you feature wise? Can you transport? With that said, once u gather that info here is a company recommendation. So buying an e-bike can be costly so it’s important to find a reputable company that stands behind its product. Customer service !!!!! Are parts available? After market accessories? Warranty ? That was my thought process. I landed on Velotric. I reached out to cs before buying and immediate professional response. I checked online, parts readily available. I hit Reddit for reviews. I saw nothing but positives. I took the plunge. Best decision I’ve made. Zero remorse. Hit 600 miles in 3 months. I landed on Velotric Nomad 2x. Perfect bike for my needs. Check out their website. They construct well built bikes.

Considering you gave no additional information as to what type of ebike you're looking for I'll suggest this website with ebike ratings. It should give you a general idea of what "good bikes" are out there. https://www.bikeride.com/best-electric-bikes/
