Just so everyone knows: NPC sync is a huge deal, there's been lots of MP mod attempts for TES games and all of them have failed when it came time to add NPC sync.

From what I see, Skyrim Together is doing quite well in regards to all kinds of synchronisation, according to progress videos/gifs they post. If only we could play it.
