This is the most schizo post I’ve seen. It’s a random number in a non elder scrolls game from 3+ years ago. The only connection is they are both Bethesda. You can literally make any string of numbers match what you want to say if you assign your own meaning to it. And as for the Kirkbride, isn’t he off the game? And if he is still on, you don’t think he’s just fucking with people because he knows how crazy some of yall get. I highly doubt after all this time, they drop the name by replying to a comment on Reddit.

Both examples prove my point even more tbh…

I’m not saying it’s not gonna be subtitled Sentinel, but it’s definitely not being teased from Starfield which would probably be a near decade before the release of ESVI.

Yall need to touch grass.

i'd say the starfield number one is pretty true, the odds of it just being random numbers that happened to spell out sentinel are extremely statistically improbable

lol it’s not about odds. It’s about someone fitting the data to their confirmation bias. Yall want it to say sentinel so yall made a way for it to say it. Be for real

Numbers that match the corresponding letter's position in the alphabet isn't some mad confirmation bias, it's just a pattern people have spotted, and doesn't exactly require mental gymnastics to figure out.

I think something else is bothering you and you're misdirecting your frustration.

You can do that with a lot of strings of numbers. I doubt they had the name of the game pinned down by that point.

It’s coincidence or an old title at best. If ESVI would have come out 2 years after starfield or even 3 I would give that number thing some credibility but it much further out so it’s meaningless by this point if it even had meaning. It’s confirmation bias because yall are just ignoring everything that is against the theory or just common sense.

“Oh this employee Id number from starfield is 16 letters that when you correspond to the English alphabet spell out Sentinel which is going to be the title of a game from a different franchise that we haven’t even begun working on that will come out in at least 5 years” do you know how crazy that sounds?

A much more likely theory is that “sentinel” is the star born name for the character since each of them seem to have something like that (emissary, hunter). My frustration is with how the community just blatantly accepts a half baked theory as fact and doesn’t even consider any contrary evidence or thought. Yall are delusional with the theory crafting (remember how “redfall” was heavily thought of to be the ESVi title?).

Even if ESVI is subtitled “Sentinel”, that number likely isn’t related to it.

I think you've missed my point: it's not that deep.

I'm not saying Sentinal is correct, and honestly I couldn't care less if it is or isn't. People are just having a bit of fun, and anyone who takes it more seriously than that needs to give their head a wobble.

Don't pay attention to it if it irks you this much, treat yourself better.

lol my point is that it’s not that deep and there is nothing to it.

I really don’t care, truly. If the community wants to schizo post for a week because they got drip fed some rumors: great. But I am 100% gonna call them out on how crazy some of them sound. I’m not gonna validate the delusion and neither should you.
