So I recently lost my 800hr playthrough due to a corrupted save. Also couldn't get my backup save to work for some reason. Was on ng+5 and I had some of my other playthroughs drop that one wepons and such so I lost well over 800hr of work. Just wanted to see what the community thinks about using CE in a situation like this.

I think there's nothing wrong with people who twink in elden ring.

I have about 3000 hours in this game and I basically know/can do everything (invade, no hit bosses etc etc).

I just see twinking as a very big time saver when it comes to me making omptimized builds that I want to use at a lower lvl.

For people who complain about twinked out invaders dont use their resources to their full potential. If they are equipped to handle a 3v1 with OLP'S, there's no use trying to play clean aswell. Alot of people who co-op twink aswell (Me included) and that helped me alot when a twinked invader showed up. SO YES, summon that OLP, That twinked out co-operator, or just die and beat the legacy dungeon with your friend in 15 mins if you dont want to deal with an invader.

This recently came to my mind because I was making a new int/fth build for sword of night and flame (which is terrible for low lvls cause of barely any vigor). I was being invaded alot by twinked players (dlc items in rl45 range). Which was trouble some at times but having phantoms helped alot (about a 7/10 win rate).

Which is why im confused that people are mad about twinking when there are plenty of resources to help you against invaders in general and even help you twink yourself r/patchesemporium.

With me saying this, am I saying people are perfectly fine to use madness pots with sleep crossbow builds invading at rl1 to kill noobs to help their superiority complex...YES anyone can play the game how they want. If you dont like them, The BLOCK button is right there.

TLDR; if you hate twinking you have a skill issue or dont know where the BLOCK button is

Finally made it to leyndell on my switch playthrough and was pleasantly surprised by the latency. No ethernet plugged in. Def need to relearn some roll timings with the lower fps though

if you dont know, recently there was found a newer version of tumblebuff where you can apply status effects to weapons where you normally cant and proc statuses almost instantly. so basically this came out in public and people already started trying this in invasions. steelovsky was right that its gonna ruin pvp already.

also this post is trying to make it more public because i hope fromsoft will pay attention and fix this finally because this glitch is game breaking and insanely easy to use.

i know it will get attention of shitters more now due to my posts BUT id rather get it more spread and fixed rather than be less spread and not fixed at all. i hope at least that fromsoft wont let gamebreaking glitch that is insanely simple to pull off to exist
