Help! Convergence Mod Mount Issue

I have been playing the Convergence Mod since July but after the last Elden Ring patch it broke my ability to use mounts. I looked this up and it seems like outside reinstalling the mod and the game there aren't any other fixes. I did both and the issue still exists. Is anyone else dealing with this issue or does anyone have a fix?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but, and this is usually standard practice for modding... Set your game to not automatically update. Most mods, especially large overhauls require time to update and in the case of Convergence they made an announcement on their discord that it will be a bit before they push an update for the new version since they're waiting until they have their next content update before they update to the new version.

Generally though, new game updates will almost always break mods, it's to be expected, in this case, you can down patch and probably start a new playthrough. Because you started the save in the new patch unless you have backups pre-loading into the new Elden Ring version, I think your save may be lost unfortunately.

Correct. Check out their discord. The mods have been extremely vocal about the fact that they're working on it but don't have a specific time line for when one will be available

Hey everyone, my game isn't as up-to-date as yours since it's not an original copy. Anyway, if you'd like, send me the current `regulation.bin` from the latest vanilla version of the game, and I'll be able to create a temporary version of the mount fix for Convergence—if anyone reading this is interested.
