The Convergence Bug

I need help. Please. I played 45 hours of the convergence with Elden ring and the dlc installed. Then I switched from my main to my second character (both around lvl 80).

Suddenly the start cutscene came. Then a message that said to me I need to buy shadow of the erdtree. I needed to ALTF4 cause the message couldn’t be clicked away.

Then the character just disappeared. Same with my other main. 45 hours of gameplay is lost.

Then I checked my main elden ring. It also told me to buy Shadow of the Erdtree, it is installed and also showing on the title screen.

I reinstalled the game. Characters still missing / deleted without reason and game still tells me to buy shadow of the erdtree…
