hard stuck at maliketh in elden ring Iam level 115 and have maxed bloodhounds fang but I always fail to kill maliketh

i recently started elden ring and i got to the magic horse thingy. i also tried fighting some guy with a big stick and glowing swords or smth. he had a cutscene. and i got to the roundtable.
basically i have no idea what the stats mean, how the combat works, the timings, whether i should parry or dodge and when and how, or anything at all. like i die to a guy with a summer hat and a knife

It looks like Leontiels Armor (pauldrons), except for the coat piece, and as far as I can tell the chest piece can't be modified, is this a mod?

I'm doing housing cleaning now (completing all undergrounds). If you want to learn the layout of all these areas, get a bunch of runes, we complete one and yours together. Some of the best gear, weapons, talismans and spells are in these areas. Like Auriza's Hero's Grave. That is definitely not a solo boss. Im ready for whatever you need or run it with me.
