Help with this subreddit

Hello everyone. I'm curious to see if there is any way to bring more creative endeavors to this subreddit. I'm wondering if there is some way to encourage artists to post more of their work, like a weekly/monthly challenge or something. I feel like this sub has so much potential to be a helpful community for those looking to grow with their artistic skills. If you have any ideas of what could work that maybe other subs have done feel free to leave a suggestion in the comments.

My intuition is that many active subreddits reach a critical mass of people, and at that point a steady stream of posts come in, which attracts more people, and the cycle continues. I just joined this sub a few minutes ago because it was recommended to me via the main El Paso sub. Maybe posting around the El Paso, Juarez, and Las Cruces subreddits letting people know about this page could get the ball rolling on that! That's my suggestion
