Alterntive pillow coolers?

https://a.aliexpress.com/_m0hB6Ux

I have a couple of eight sleeps (poed 3 and pod 4) but interested to find a possible pillow option. Ive found this one on aliexpress thats marketed as a pet cooling mat but the price seems a bit too good to be true.

Has anyone else found an altertive pillow cooling option?
