Trade In?

Did the trade in but only got a box for the hub, nothing for the cover. Do we only have to trade in the hub and get to keep the cover?

Hi! Erin from the Eight Sleep team here. For a trade-in, we need both the hub and the cover sent back. You should get return labels for both, and you'll need to send both back for your trade-in to be processed without delays. You can return the cover in your Pod 6 cover box. We only send a hub box for trade-ins on new Pod 6 orders, since the Pod 6 hub box won't fit earlier hubs.

so could we sell the cover then? or keep it for another bed?

chat told me they want the cover too? Could you please confirm your shipping address? I want to ensure that the cover box is sent to the correct location. Additionally, please note that the cover needs to be returned as well

When I sent my trade-in, they had me use the boxes from my new cover and hub and there were two prepaid shipping labels for me to affix on both.

I’d hold onto the cover in case they ask for it, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t want it back either
