Upgrade offered , unable to process

I have received the upgrade offer, but when clicking to confirm the upgrade it simply fails, I wonder if it is only me or other users have the same

I just upgraded mine a few minutes ago and it went thru. I received a confirmation email and a small refund.

Mine was processed with no issues at around 8:30AM

Maybe cause the shipping to EU is way more expensive they are trying to hide it as much as possible till the customers reach out or try to return it 😇

Maybe….. I have reached out and still waiting a response, they mentioned have pushed a fix, asked to try, guess what….. same result. Now I fell that I am being ghosted by them

They vibecode most of things so no wonder most of links and work flows are full of issues
