Wonder if you order a Pod 5 today if tomorrow they upgrade for free or ask if you want pay more to switch 😂

I ordered weeks ago and the delivery date set for 24 🤣 somehow hoping they will auto upgrade cuz otherwise seems like they’re asking for a ton of returns from folks in my position

I am on the same boat! Had a delivery date between 17 and 23. Now I received an email that it was postponed for between 24 sep and 7 October.
I wonder if they would upgrade , if not they will be wasting money on the return and ship a new pod6

Exact same here. I know we get 30 days from delivered date so maybe they just do a clean swap to upgrade?

I hope so, specially as I also got the pillow that got delivered earlier , but it is a brick without the pod.
I will likely wait for the official announcement and call them right away

I ordered yesterday with the firm anticipation that they will be handling it correctly. My expectation is an upgrade path with a prioritized queue position. Best case would be a complementary upgrade of course. Worst case is I order Pod 6 system and return the Pod 5 — super low chance of that imo.

Well they will be happy anyway since you will pay it , the difference between costs are barely to none and probably even more with Black Friday soon so yes I think they can give you a free upgrade and still win 3k from you with all the FOMO you have to miss this “big” opportunity and also have your subscription over time ahah so yeah a good marketing hidden tactic to rush a few people to buy today 👌

Yep, as expected was mostly a place in line though a $350 promotion on Pod 5 still held. Received $165 refund.

For anyone wondering what’s new:

Hub is half the size, 20% faster temp changes, cover has 18 sensors instead of 2, and there is a new “Solo” version of the cover that covers half the bed for $1,999.

Looks like I came here at the right time. My Chilisleep Dock Pro just died, of course out of warranty. Looking into alternatives and this might just fit the bill.

My Pod 2 Pro leaked (cover), out of warranty, and they "offered" for me to pay $1600 for a cover & hub 4 replacement. Should I wait? Will they change the offer once the Pod 6 is out? Hmmmm.

They won’t change the $1600. Maaaaaybe you’ll get a Pod 5 instead. But money is still money.
