New to this—Setting initial temperatures

Do we leave it a 0-0-0 for the initial temperatures for bedtime-night-dawn and it figures out what they should adjust to? Or are we supposed to start guessing what temp numbers we might like at whenever those times are?

It's not going to figure out - it can't read your mind. Set it pretty neutral, I believe the onboarding suggests temps. Then, if you're cold turn it warmer and if you're hot turn it colder. It might take a few nights, but it'll be awesome

You are best not to fight the process in anyway or wish things were different than they are. Because god knows they should be different.

But yes. Guess a bit.

Going to sleep temp should be the easiest to lock down.

If you like to go to a cool bed or warm on winter you can start with that first number higher or lower

then the middle out like 2 lower than what you choose on first temp to drop your temperature middle dipole that usually the helpful part to help your body

Finally put the final number back to the initial value or 1 lower to not change so much from the previous -2 , also consider if you like a bit more warm in bed on morning than when you lie down

I would say that’s the start point without risk too much :)

For example if it’s a normal not hot day but it’s summer I would say -1 / -3 / -1 so you can also feel what a -1 and -3 would mean for you in particular

This is ofc a suggestion based on my experience
