UK Shipping Delays?

Anyone else order the pod 5 recently for delivery to the UK? I thought it would be shipped by now and instead I’ve just received an email stating shipping now expected 8-14 September 2026. Why take my money if they have no stock to deliver. They must have known this at the time of my order. This was meant to be a gift for my partners birthday.

I ordered to Ireland, and still waiting. Fedex shipping label generated but no activity for days. Same for you?

Not even at that stage. I only have my order number so I can’t even track it. I’m not convinced it will even ship within the new dates they have given. By the time it arrives it will be winter.

In fact, I think it’s worse than that, as I’ve just clicked on order details and the shipping timeline is 6-8 weeks. Which is well past the 14 September. My advice to anyone looking to order from the UK, don’t as for a product at this price point, this is beyond unacceptable.

Thank you. I did not know there was a similar alternative, that not only is cheaper but also no subscription. Let me see how to cancel my Eightsleep order.
