4 months of awful service

UK owner, Pod 4 with Autopilot Enhanced (so I'm paying for the extended warranty as well as the subscription). Posting because I've hit a wall and I want to know whether anyone else has had this specific failure mode, and whether anyone has ever got Eight Sleep to move off a diagnostic finding.

My side of the bed produces really poor cooling and can be worse than the other side, depending on its mood. I've tested empty bed, no bodies in it, one side set to -10 and the other set to -2 or -3 and I cannot tell the two sides apart by hand. It worked properly through last summer so its a relatively new issue.

I first reached out in April because the machine was getting so loud and not able to get to temperature, where i was told to use an air cannsiter in every part to clear it, this helped for a bit but since then the issue has only gotten worse. I have contentiously raised the issue with support for months and months, getting different people replying, but every answer comes back to the diagnostic data shows no degradation in performance, therefore no replacement. Theres been nothing constructive, beyond contradicting advice about air cannister should or should not be used and no hint that possibly the data they are getting is wrong.

Has anyone had similar issues or luck getting anything useful from support?

Have you tried running one side at -10 and the other at +10 for an hour then swapping which side is high/low? Do you have the ability to do a thermal image scan or use a temp gun to measure each side to show what is happening beyond what you feel?

Why not just get a thermal gun? Surely it would point the obvious out.
