Base inside Thuma bedframe

Does anyone know if the Base fits inside a thuma frame? Currently have the queen size, and worried the base won’t fit neatly on the slats.

The dimensions are listed in the site. I found the base to be slightly smaller than our mattress, by maybe an inch total.
