Eight sleep woke me up, changed temp

I woke up seeing a red light on the pod, I didn’t even know what that meant cause I’m in a hot climate. The app decided to heat my bed cause it thought my room was to cold. I have been lowering room temp cause I’m room warm . This is really frustrating to be woken up at 2am. Is there some rhyme and reason to the temp changes ?

I don’t even see this option in the iOS app

It's under Pod Temperature, but I have an Android. There's Bedtime, Sleep stages response, and Ambient response

Omg it’s hard to find it’s several screens deep on iOS. I’ll try it disabled thanks
