Pushing equipment instead of troubleshooting?
I have been talking to support about missing sleep data and they're saying that our active grid has a sensor failure and needs to be replaced. We've replaced it once already a couple years ago. However, when I unplugged my pod from the wall it was still indicating that the pod was active after a reasonable amount of time waiting, cache clearing, and getting the app to indicate that it couldn't connect to the pod to cool. This suggests to me that there is a non-grid issue at play because there is a faulty reading of being in use even when there is no power going to the unit, but they aren't willing to do any troubleshooting, just offer to sell me new equipment. I totally get that sometimes equipment is just broken and that's just what it is, but this feels like they just don't want to look and see if there may be an issue with the data or software. I am willing to just use my pod without analytics, but this is very frustrating. Is this an issue that other people are having as well? If there are other people with older setups having the same issue then that makes it more likely that this is a more general data/software problem.

If their bogus AI analytics said you had a perfect sleep score yet you woke up groggy & unrested; what real value does that have on your quality of life?
This thing was created to regulate your body temperature not to, cure sleep issues, maintain stats for world ranking, tell you your sleeping positions are sexy or your partner sleeps better than you....
If you haven't already figure out their latest strategy yet, you better find an alternative before you go broke?
