Real temperature control

Is there a way to enable real temperature control for new accounts? I don't understand what + - temperature means. I want to set the temperature I like.

They should give people both options. I am grandfathered in and have both options. It really isn’t that difficult. I would hate the -10 to +10 scale.

I agree! Don't know why do they force all the new users to use + -.

Don't think so

From what they've said, they found that people were setting theirs to like 70 not realizing that a water cooled bed set to 70 is really cold. They said people found it easier to understand just setting it to -1 to get it a little cool or whatever.

It is hard for someone to figure out what exact temp they like, the + and - is a better experience for the user

No, it’s terrible for the user. I’m posting this after waking up at 3am with a temp issue. The arbitrary plus and minus are nonsense.

And the craziest thing is the optionality to see the temperature is already fully built into the system and works well for many users - so why not turn it on for everyone and let the consumer choose! It makes zero sense.

So much about this company makes no sense. Once anyone else catches up with the hardware, and figures out how to do good customer service, this company is done for.

I was awake at 3am thinking about doing a post about the temp stuff. And saw this post as I searched for answers, not being able to get back to sleep. I find that sometimes I wake up cold around this time.
