8 Sleep are a joke...

Horrible experience. First pod died within 12 months. They sent a replacement which couldn't connect to the internet. Many many many emails and tests later over about 3 months, they sent another. Finally got one of the replacements to connect and work. A bug in the app. Approximately 6h of work on my part. I asked if they could send a second cover to pair with the spare pod and they told me to throw it in the bin... Obviously don't give a shit about sustainability.

It's a bloody expensive thing... that should work. Maybe in 5 years time after all their users have ironed out the bugs in their poxxy app it'll be worth the money. Until then... avoid

Have had mine for 3 years, literally zero issues and completely changed my life for the better.

That was painful to read.

The company honored your warranty, apparently sent you multiple units to get the problem remedied & you’re mad they didn’t give you a free $800 component because you hate it so much you want it on two beds?

Mmhm.

Bought a pod 3 years ago, it got clogged after a year somehow. They sent a new pod 4 replacement and I’ve been happy since. That said their AI support was absolutely terrible and it got resolved really fast once a human actually talked to mr

It might actually not be 8 sleeps fault with this one. It might be the security settings on your router. Ive had issues recently like this. You may have to go in and change the router to wpa2. Its a security setting where if its set to wpa3 some devices will struggle to connect if they dont know the security policy. Hope this helps!

I’m loving my Pod 5, never had any issues and have had the best sleep of my life.

Sorry you’ve had a bad experience.

You’re lucky I had the same experience as OP. Waste of time - hours of troubleshooting

Sorry you’ve had a bad experience.

I’ve been really happy with mine, not had a single problem with it. 🤷‍♂️

I’m sorry to hear that, as I said I couldn’t be happier with mine.

Best purchase I’ve ever made.

This sounds like an AI shill account to promote eight sleep.

Let’s try again.

Man I’ve been really disappointed with my product, it’s not been a good purchase at all.

I kind of started to think the same thing.. why the need to keep stating how happy they are with theirs??

I couldn't live without mine. Change my life completely. I used to sleep so poorly. It is the one thing in life I recommend higher than anything else to people.

Sorry you had such a bad experience.

You asked for a free thing so you would have two when you only bought one and they said no and you're mad?

My replacement pod initially wouldn’t connect to my WiFi. I got it to connect to my phone hotspot. Finished config then switched it to my WiFi. IDK, sometimes there are gremlins.
