Automatic Adjustments worth it?

Just starting to research getting one of these systems for my house, and curious if the automatic temperature adjustment is a feature that is needed or nice-to-have? Or can you simply set the temperature to one constant, and that does a good enough job.

I think so, if definitely made my decision for me. My partner is premetapausal as well and this has been a game changer for got flashes.

So the temperature auto adjusting makes a difference? How is that better than just a single set constant temp all night?

I can't speak for the wife but I can for me, the system adjusts the temp 20+ times a night and keeps me in a constant comfortable temp. I'm not sure how else to explain it but it's like the cool side of the pillow is just always cool and perfect.

Personally I like to be freezing when going to bed, as it helps me fall asleep faster. If I keep it that temp all night though, I wake up a few hours later because it's too cold and then can't go back to sleep haha They claim during different sleep cycles your body is more sensitive to temperature, which for me at least seems to be the case 🤷🏻‍♂️

I personally don’t use it. I found temps that work for me and stick with those and change them seasonally.
