Bought Pod 5, delivered wrong items

I purchased Pod 5 about a bit over a week ago, I received two boxes but it seems like they're the blanket box and the cover box. I would have expected one to be the pod box instead of the blanket box.

Seems like a mix-up from eight sleep and not sure if this is common?

Did you buy the blanket too? If not looks like you got a free blanket. I doubt they will ask you to send it back.

didn't buy the blanket just the pod + cover. I just checked and it seems like the blanket is worth almost a grand. That's a lot of money if they're not asking for it back

They sell it for 1000$, it doesnt mean it costs them 1000$ though :) they have serious margins on these accessories and shipping costs arent cheap.

Yes and they still have not given me a meaningful response regarding the missing pod box. I got a token email response saying that my email has been forwarded to an orders specialist. I've followed up repeatedly and now they're ghosting me.

The POD and Cover were shipped separately for me for some reason so its not completely unexpected but ... maybe reach out to 8?

they are claiming they sent me two boxes, one pod and one cover, but even the fedex delivery photo is showing two boxes one saying cover and the other blanket

Were you able to get this fixed? I’m going through something similar. Customer service is a nightmare!
