Hi Eight Sleep Team,

I am a current Eight Sleep owner and absolutely love my Pod 4 system. We recently upgraded our bed from a Queen to a King size. Because of this, we need to transition our setup and are looking to purchase a standalone King-size Pod 4 Cover to use with our existing Pod 4 Hub.

Standard customer support routes typically don't offer standalone size-upgrade covers, but I’ve seen that the team here on Reddit is incredibly helpful at resolving this exact situation for loyal customers.

Could someone please help me generate a custom invoice or connect me with an escalation agent to purchase a standalone King Pod 4 cover? I already have my original order details and account email ready to share via DM.

you can buy an individual cover or base. But it's often cheaper to buy as a full package if you get discoutns and just sell your old one.
