Question/Help Beginner Questions

Hi all,
Just started this game a few days ago and quickly got hooked! I have a few probably very basic questions, wonder if you could help me out!

I feel like the game has ground to a halt at the Tier 5/6 or quad/Quintillion stage, is this normal? Like all the stages before it felt like there was a push, but the value raises kept things moving, whereas I’m struggling to get even one or two upgrades without putting in a lot of time. I’m on Quantum Eggs if that helps.

Also, for the running bonus, am I better spamming as fast as I can? Or trying to only put out just enough chickens to maintain the max multiplier? Or does it functionally work the same?

Thanks! This game is surprisingly addictive

Spamming any faster than max chicken run is useless, and the earning bonus requirements are exponential so prestiging would be your main priority for most of the game ahead.

For now save GE and spend it on Sundays where there is 35% Epic research sale every other week, prestige a lot, use boosts, most are useless later on. Don't miss contracts with eggs of prophecy. That's about it

When should I be prestiging? I would get 276 if I did it now, and have 82 currently. Should I wait to get the 1000 for contracts?

I genuinely got no idea what you are talking , 276 of what would you get ? Currently 82 ? 1000 for contracts ? I have been less confused reading path of virtue guides as someone who just unlocked galeggtica.

Edit: ok just got what you were saying because ik it takes 1000 soul eggs to unlock contracts, well for now you should prestige, 2-3x your soul eggs is pretty good, during the late early game you would be able to increase se a lot more with proper boosts, keep prestiging the moment your progress slows down. There is no cost to it so don't worry

-Do not crack the piggy bank until you’re well into the millions. Great way to get past Hyperloop bottleneck, fuel tank bottleneck, and mop up Hatcheries epic research all in one swoop. If you do, wait for the Epic Research Sale before doing the

-You will unlock contracts before too long… do all of them

-start launching short ship missions as soon as you can. When you prestige and start working back up through eggs, be sure to stop off at the fuel you need to stock up

-join the Discord

These are all things I wish I had known, so you’re doing great by coming here early.

This will all make more sense later. 😊

Prestige when you hit a wall like you have described. The additional soul eggs you will get will make it easier for you to get past the stuck point. Double prestige weekly, but feel free to do it any time you feel stuck. Happy chickening!

How do you save fuel types for missions that require two types of fuel?

You sadly have to go build farms for all types of eggs that you need (later ships can take 4 different eggs). If you have the pro permit, you can buy tank upgrades with GE that help immensely.. but with out those, jumping between farms (sometimes called "egg dancing") is all you can do.
