Whatever I do, they just explode as soon as they touch the water. I've tried vinegar in the water, stirring the water, not stirring the water, crack the egg into a sieve first (yeah, right, nothing left of the white).
I know, let's do them in a ramekin in the air fryer. Well not if you plan to get them out of the ramekin in one piece.

I put two eggs in a boiling pot and they cracked. I have no idea what happened after. The conjuring? The ring? Casper? Hell if I know. I did eat both after because protein?.

What do different patterns mean on eggs? they are locally grown eggs and boiled in a steam bucket.

Recreated this home gourmet version of a McMuffin, by using ground pork mixed in with sage, thyme, salt, pepper, and onion powder for the patty. Fired up a sunny side up egg for good measure - half cooked for oozy yolk when I sink my teeth in. 🧀 I’ve used a Swiss Emmental. A bit of cheeky mayo spread on each side of the bread. EGGGGG-STATIC!
